COMPUTE DERIVATIVE

        [SIC\]COMPUTE OutVar INTEGRAL InVar

    Compute  the  derivative  of the InVar variable, in the classical sense,
    i.e.
      OutVar[i] = InVar[i]-Invar[i-1]
    InVar and OutVar are assumed to be 1-D variables
