As the outcome of this there should be feedback to the SSR as questions, i.e.
should the SSR  write down requirements for the Simulator?

Will the Use Cases need to be rewritten in conformity with the current state 
Analysis?

Also the sub-program is missing. We have to put it in.

A description of the Quick Look pipeline would be needed.

Document Format: the hierarchy in particular in Sec 3 is difficult to
understand for the eye. May be use smaller fonts throughout the
document ? Vertical spaces appear nearly at random.



p 9. 12. "The OT determines ..." there should be a choice in some cases,
i.e. the OT proposes a list of possible choices.
Also here the sub-program is missing.

p 13. The user interface is pretty much SB oriented while it should be
obsering-mode oriented. The user should see more the observing mode(s)
input parameters which are used to build the SB's rather than the SB
themselves.

p 36. No class for SB dependency rules ?
