[alma-sw-ssr] FYI - comments available

There is a text file containing the accumulated emails containing comments
on the v2.0 pipeline+offline document, available at

  http://www.aoc.nrao.edu/~smyers/alma/offline-req/olr-v2.0-comments.txt

I dont have time to do anything other than concatenate emails to this
file (eg. index them by what they are commenting on), but I may attach
my own comments into this file from time to time (I will try to send
substantive ones to the list).
