[alma-sw-ssr] Pipeline Requirements new version

Hi everybody,

    here is a new version of the pipeline requirements, where we
(particularly Frederic) have tried to incorporate all the comments we
received both on the mailing list and in the telecon.  We have added
priorities, but currently all of them are 1 - most of them will remain
this way, since the pipeline will be essential for ALMA and should be
functional from the beginning.  The last section (Interface with the
Archive) is still very sketchy.

    Please give you comments until thursday evening, so that we have to
work them in on friday in order to meet the September 1 deadline for the
ASAC documents.
