Phone meeting

To Alma SSR committee members:

- We proposed to set up a conference phone call between all  SSR
committee  members on either Nov 17th or 18th at 17h UT (Europe=17-18h;
USA=09-12h, if I am right). Does the hour suit you ? Which date would
you prefer ?

- Please send suggestions for the agenda. 

- As opposed to the e-mail list, I think that for efficiency, we need
to keep the attendance to phone meetings limited to Committee members.
