Thursday (00/04/27) ------------------- 1) Upgrade on the ALMA project by Al Wootten. 2) Presentation of the status of ALMA Software by Gianni Raffi (MS PPt slides) and Brian Glendenning (MS Word slides) 3) Rein Warmels gave a short introductin of the use cases format for our requirements. 4) I gave a short summary of the comments on memo 293, to be reviewed on May 4th. We started reviewing the comments one by one, formulating replies, on each of the report chapters. 5) Real time Control I presented some suggested terminology; some drafted requirements for real-time control (text) Friday (00/04/28) ----------------- 6)- Proposal preparation (presentation by Peter Shilke), followed by a discussion on the relative roles of Ph 1 and 2 in proposal submission. 7)- Dynamic scheduling (presentation by Mel Wright) 8) Operator Interface (discussion of reviewers' comments) 9) Data Pipeline (presentation by Francois Viallefond) 10) Archiving (presentation by Mel Wright) and discussion 11) Plans for future work - upcoming review of memo 293 - prepare itemized list of requirements during the next two weeks, - discuss them in on the e-mail list, - review them next month (by phone meeting) 12) Next meetings: - phone meeting on June 7h 16h00 UT - face to face meeting in November ? in San Francisco (Berkeley Campus) ? 13) Some of the topics suggested bt Steve Scott were finally not addressed at the meeting due to lack of time.
