MODIFY BLANKING 

        LAS\MODIFY BLANKING New_Blank

    Change  the  blanking  value (bad and NaN) in both header and data. This
    may be required before you can build a consistent strip  or  cube,  spe-
    cially if the spectra were initially loaded from a FITS tape.
