ACCEPT /LINE 

        [SIC\]ACCEPT Var_Name /LINE L1

    Indicate  the first line to be read in the input file for command ACCEPT
    /ARRAY or ACCEPT /COLUMN. Blank and commented lines have to be taken in-
    to account in L1.

    This option is invalid with /BINARY.
