Observability Bar Charts

A convenient mean of planning observations of sources in a given list is to prepare a diagram, using time as x-coordinate, where a bar is drawn at the times for which a given source is up. One may do this under ASTRO, with command HORIZON . Optionally one may use all sources in the current catalog (HORIZON /SOURCE ), all planets (HORIZON /PLANET ), or both; specific objects may be called by their names /SOURCE name1 name2 ...), or a limited number of objects may be used at the same time (/SOURCE NEXT n, used repetitively to obtain pages with n objects at a time).

A source in the sun avoidance circle is within brackets ([]) and in italics (e.g. [IRC+10216])
