ANALYSE\NOISE [S [NEW]]
Generates and draws a spectrum with only gaussian noise of rms S, to be
compared with actual receiver noise. S defaults to the rms of the
current spectrum. If argument NEW is present, the spectrum is not
plotted but the R buffer is copied in T, and the generated noise put
into the R buffer.
