SPECTRUM_SUM
This task computes a integrated spectrum from a 3-D Ra-Dec-Velocity
cube, over an area specified by an arbitrary polygon. The output is a
table with 2 columns. Column 1 contains the velocities, Column 2 the
spectrum values.
