UV_SUBTRACT: "Self"-Calibration of a UV data set
UV_SUBTRACT subtracts a time average continuum UV table from a spectral
line one, typically to provide continuum-free spectral line maps.
Caution: it will not work if the continuum source is too complex,
because of the time averaging.
