MODIFY PHASE

        CLIC\MODIFY PHASE  a1 p1  [a2 p2 ...] [/IF if]  [/BBAND  ib]  [/ALL]
    [/POLARISATION H|V|BOTH] [/SWITCH DIRECT|CROSSED]

    Modify  the  visibility phase for antenna a1 by d1 (unit determined from
    SET PHASE DEGREE|RADIANS).

    Option /IF or /BBAND allow to modify the delay for a given IF  or  base-
    band.  Option /ALL modify all spectral windows.

    Option  /SWITCH  allows to correct only baselines where the antennas are
    in the direct/crossed state.
