MODIFY POSITION 

        CLIC\MODIFY POSITION EQ Epoch R.A. Dec.

    Modify the source (phase center) position. This precesses the phases ac-
    cordingly.  Note  that  this  cannot change the antenna pointing center.
    Typical use of this command is to correct positions of inaccurate  phase
    calibrators.
