    Store the data quality to be used as  a  selection  criterion.  All  the
    scans  in  the  current  index are tagged. Code may be an integer in the
    range 0-9, or directly the corresponding quality word:

      0 Unknown
      1 Excellent
      2 Good
      3 Fair
      4 Average
      5 Poor
      6 Bad
      7 Awful
      8 Worst
      9 Deleted
