The visibilities
out of the correlator are normalized in the
following way to get observed visibilities on a temperature scale

In the left side of the right term, cross-correlations are normalized
to the total power measured in autocorrelations (and the dependency on
disappears), so that a rate of correlation is measured. The
right side corresponds to a conversion to
scale by
multiplication by the baseline effective system temperature.
