This atmospheric calibration is normally applied online by the RDI
program. However in some cases, one may want to update the
atmospheric calibration because of an online problem at the time of
the observations (i.e. a bug, a wrong value for an input
parameter). Command ATMOSPHERE allows us to do this and will
process all of the scans in the current index.
