Plotting Observability Charts

The following commands will plot the position of the observability hours for sources on on January 1st, 1990, together with planet Venus:

 CATALOG SAMPLE                        ! First define the catalog
 OBSERVATORY VELETA                    ! and the observatory
 TIME 03:00 01-JAN-1990                ! the time and date
 HORIZON /SOURCE /PLANET VENUS

The output will look like Figure 2.
