Setting the Observatory

The results of most commands of ASTRO depend on the observer's location on Earth 1. This information is input via the OBSERVATORY  command. You should type:
OBSERVATORY longitude latitude altitude
where the longitude and latitude are in degrees and the altitude in kilometers. You may also type OBSERVATORY name
Known names are ``BURE'', ``VELETA'', ``KITT_PEAK'', ``VLA'', ``MAUNA_KEA'' and ``LASILLA''. You will have to reset the time if you change the observatory.
