Further commands need the time to be set. For this use command TIME .
Its format is
TIME hour date
The defaults are the current system time and date. Formats are ``hh:mm:ss.ss''
and ``jj-mmm-yyyy'' ; the hour must be given if the date is present. By default
time and date are supposed to be in UTC (Universal Time Coordinated). You may
use local time instead if you enter the option /ZONE z where z is
the number of hours to be substracted to the local time to convert it to UTC
(example: /ZONE 2 to use Summer Time in Western Europe).
Other possible options are: /UT1 to use UT1 instead of UTC (otherwise, the value of DUT1, input by SET DUT1 , is added to UTC to get UT1); /TDT to use the input value as TDT, the argument of the ephemeris for solar system objects (otherwise, the value of DTDT, input by SET DTDT , is added to UTC to get TDT); and /NODRAW, to suppress the plotting of the Sun avoidance circle, which is plotted by default (radius 35 degrees at Plateau de Bure).
